Grass-fed Beef

We raise grass-fed heritage breeds: Black Angus and British White cattle. 

We do not use growth hormones. Our cattle get no feed with antibiotics. 

They only eat grasses, no grain.

All of our catte are born and raised at the Quarters Farm and live in a calm, happy, stress-free environment...come see for yourself.

Cooking Tips for Grass-fed beef: Because Grass-fed beef is low in fat content, which makes it healthier than most other types of beef, preparation and cooking time is important to avoid drying out or toughening of the meat.  BOTTOMLINE: LOW AND SLOW is key. Low heat and longer cooking time in the oven or on the grill...do not overcook!
